1. When can I check-in and when do I have to check-out?
The check-in desk is always open, night and day. Reception is open 24/7.
You have to check-out by 10am on your departure date.
2. Does the hotel have parking facilities?
Our internal garden offers parking for guests' bicycles and motorbikes.
The promenade outside the hotel provides a great deal of free parking for cars.
3. Is it possible to hire cars and bikes at the hotel?
We have our own bicycle fleet, so you can hire a bike at Reception. We also offer a convenient car and motorbike hire service, thanks to an agreement we have in place with a local vehicle rental company.
4. How do I get to the hotel from Alghero Fertilia airport?
The easiest way to reach the hotel from the Alghero-Fertilia
"Riviera del Corallo" airport
(around 10 km from the city) is to request a direct pick-up by us (there is a charge for this service).
Alternatively, you can take a taxi or a bus, both of which are available next to the airport exit.
5. Can I access the internet at the hotel?
We have two internet workstations for guests' use, featuring a printer, Skype, headphones and a webcam.
The PCs are located within a private room and can be accessed using a password and user ID that we will give you. Throughout the public areas - lobby, terrace bar and garden - we offer a wireless service to allow you to go online with your own PC.
6. Can I bring dogs or other pets to the hotel?
We welcome small pets, but only on condition that you have asked in advance to bring your pet(s)
and that your request has been approved by the management.
There may be an increase to your room rate, depending on the time of year of your visit.
7. Is there a fridge I can use?
The bar has a fridge that can be used for the storage of ice packs or medicines on behalf of our guests.
